I had an iphone 11 that was OUT of storage and even after clearing space it still felt impossible to use without it turning off from not having space. Didn’t want to drop a whole macbook $$ on a phone so I decided to get the 13 pro because it’s pretty much the same as the 14 pro (i wanted the pro features). Got it skeptically here in the good condition w 256gb of storage and it turned out great!! Absolutely no problems and even came with a screen protector installed. No scratches anywhere except one small one on the screen but you really can’t see it. Couldn’t get my case off but hopefully this helped:) also battery was at 90% which is great for me

This is working well for me so far. The suggested case didn’t work so I sent it back and got one from Walmart. The phone didn’t stay tucked in the case. I am loving the phone though.

I paid for the most expensive with the best condition and I was dissapointed when I saw the batery life at 89%. Then, a few days later the prices of this phone went down and I could have gotten a brand new phone for a little more money.
Everything else with the phone works perfect! Camara, it’s unlocked as requested, sound it’s very loud.

The phone arrived promptly and in excellent condition. No scratches, nicks, blemishes. Looked brand new. Great battery life left and easy setup with my carrier.
after using it a month or so though, I found out I just can’t see the tiles clearly (my bad vision even with glasses) and the size was smaller than my original 7 Plus.
This was an EXCELLENT phone and easy transaction. I will not buy a phone from the T-mobile (or other) cell store again. I have better choices and prices here on Amazon – and overall easier transaction.
Will use again when I’m ready for another upgrade – in about 7 years…LOL

I just got it in the mail , i opened the box and it was perfect, no scratches, no dents or dings , and there was even a pre applied screen protector, only one problem I had with it is the 93% battery life but other then that it out weighs the no scratches or dings runs smooth everything works , definitely worth it to save some money but overall 9.5/10
