    I bought this for my grandson the delivery was wonderful and so is this so far so good my grandson loves it and for the price you cannot beat it mostly for being a refurnished one looks brand new works good and I hope it keeps on working that’s why it’s best to get the insurance but hopefully we won’t have to use insurance because they didn’t really wonderful job on this for being refinished thank you for caring most of all the price especially for grandparents that are raising their grandchildren thank you all

    The media could not be loaded.  It was kinda hard to setup at first as it wouldn’t turn on and wouldn’t connect to my monitor, but it eventually fixed itself. I’m assuming that it wasn’t turning on due to it being without power for so long. It probably just needed some time to gain enough power to turn on again. Other than that, the computer is super fast and surprisingly VERY great for the price!! It was very easy to setup Windows, and I love the changing colors!! The only other complaint I have is that the WiFi adapter that came in the box is kinda slow and has connection issues, I’d suggest getting a different one on Amazon. If you can’t do that, you can also use your phone as an Ethernet connection which is what I’m doing now. Overall this is a very good product!! Would recommend 🙂
