This is my second Hudora of this type, 9″ front wheel. My old one is still running great after many, many miles on it…over 1,000 miles I believe. Wheels and the brake are still good. The frame is just as solid as the day I bought it about 5 years ago.
Read some reviews stating assembly is quite difficult, and the screws are too short. If you are incapable of putting two rods through two holes and then screwing them from the other side, I don’t know what to tell you. And screws are not short either. They just need to be tightened using two “L” shaped tools that are included. I can scarcely call that “assembly.” Aligning the holes was just a hair tricky, needed to wiggle some, but for anyone with any common sense should be able to do it. Thinking helps!
As for the scooter itself, it’s a very solidly made piece. It’s heavy duty. Although my first one is still running strong, I thought I would treat myself to a new one because it is about $50 cheaper now. At $120 it’s a bargain! When I saw it on Amazon, I just had to buy it. Who knows, my old one may die on me. If that’s the case, I will have a spare to go!

I would recommend not putting the kickstand on, it kept falling off. But now there is duck tape keeping things together. But for riding the roads, sidewalks, sand, grass, and very big pot holes it has lasted beautifully. This was probably the best purchase I made. The joy I have gotten from this has been amazing.

This has some nice features: large wheels, easy folding design, nice carrying strap and quality construction. Only negative is a slight wobble due to the folding feature. It’s great fun and adjustable to many different heights. I’m 6’ and 190 pounds and it could handle a larger person with ease.

I was a little hesitant to purchase because I am not a small woman. I am 5’6 – 175 lbs. and ride this scooter comfortably to the train. It is a great scooter and I appreciate that not only does it cut my walk time to the train in the morning, but it also creates more exercise than I previously would have thought! I am happy with my purchase and it does fold easily.

My 11 year old loves this scooter. It’s sturdy, can easily handle uneven pavement and sidewalks, etc., and is fun to ride. Just make sure to have a bit of patience when installing. With only a few bolts, you’d think it’d be super easy, but it was surprisingly tricky lining up the bolts, washers, and various pieces. Definitely worth buying, just give yourself a few extra minutes than you think it’ll take.

Assembly took 1 and 1/2 hrs. Parts not labeled. Instruction book print was too small to read with a magnifying glass. Images were unclear and written instructions did not help. Video on Amazon was somewhat helpful but machining work on drilled holes and bolts was sloppy making it difficult to get bolts inserted. Once assembled, more indications of low quality. handle bar at longest setting wobbles and spring bolts needed help popping into place. Lastly, the kickstand is not a ‘kickstand’. You have to reach down under the scooter with your hand to extend. It’s being returned tomorrow.

I am 7′ tall and wasn’t sure I would be able to find an adult scooter for commuting. This one works! At it’s highest setting the handlebars are exactly where I need them to be and the deck is large enough for my size 15 shoe (albeit only one of them unless). It rides very smoothly and folds up nicely and easily for storage or carrying.
To remove any maximum weight confusion, the manual states a 120kg (264.5 lb.) limit.

Ok…was not assembled full, but packaged good. Got it assembled, BUT, was missing a 51mm bolt for step 1. Can I get one?
It came with 2 x42mm bolts. Had to use longer screw end to assemble step 1. Other than that assembly was easy. Have ridden around block and with ease. If can get longer bolt will replace the 42mm for a 51mm since it is one missing.
