They replaced the battery but still doesn’t last.

I waited a few months before writing a review because I wanted to really weigh the pros and cons.
I could not shell out a butt load of money for a new phone so I bought this one. The screen image quality is great, the battery life is fantastic and for the most part I am able to use it without too much annoyances. Now for the bad, the auto-rotate feature is trash. You have to keep shaking the phone and you only get half the picture until it finally registers the direction. I don’t think the camera is really 48mp. It’s a decent camera but not 48mp in my opinion. The phone is also becoming more and more glitchy, slowing down, black screen, etc. I also noticed a sound quality difference from my last phone. The sound could be better. Overall, for what I paid I am able to maintain for now. Keeping my fingers crossed that is does not go downhill. Decent aside from the glitches.

Quality and capabilities of this new phone are top quality. It comes with two SIM card slots and a memory card slot, which I do like. Internal memory is smaller than higher priced phones but the memory card would fill the gap. 4G is adequate for me, and the 4 cameras suffice my need. The display is bright enough for me.
Very well made given the price range.

Runs fast, beautiful display,didn’t come with case or protective shield as reviewed in almost all videos.
Dislikes:- It heats up fast while charging in ON state and also wifi traffic. Battery drains fast while in use.

Beautiful phone, with excellent features, Incredible Price, and unbelievable customer support!
Problem #1: It DOES NOT come with the screen protector and TPU case as promised. Though they will send you one each free after you receive the phone, with all the info you will need that is located on a sticker on the box it comes in,and register on their web site. But now you have a brand new phone, but nothing to protect it for up to 10 business days!
Problem #2: It DOES come with an almost worthless quick-start guide. After spending just short of an hour between to members of the support team. ( It really is amazing!. Dial the number, It rings twice and a live Human answers and ask how they can help!, No getting jerked around pushing 6-7 different buttons to reach a Human! ). I find out that they have no way to Email a user manual because one DOES NOT exist. there is no such animal. The best they could do is send me a link to a PDF of their completely different X6 Phone which is totally worthless with the B15. It was like buying a new Ford Mustang. And being given a owners manual to a Subaru Forester! It WASN’T the support team’s fault. They just didn’t have the resources, Because the resources don’t exist, even through corporate! If you are 6 or 7 years old. And have the ability to figure out all tech savvy stuff on the planet, like all other 6-7 year olds can do. You most likely don’t need a manual. But me being a 65 year old man I DO! Hell. The B15 phone has 5 cameras, The phone I have now has only 2, of which I barely can work one! Let alone facial recognition, finger print scanners, and A Startrek like transporter!

4.0 out of 5 stars Do you really need to spend that much for a 5G LTE?
I love this phone. It’s my third NUU product. I’m not a heavy user, tethered to their phone. For me 4G VoLTE is enough and 4G will be around for another 8-10 years. Coming in at $500 to 1K less than many 5G phones I’ll wait until 5G becomes much more reasonable. The NUU 15B has all the bells and whistles I need. The screen is enormous and beautiful. It has a fingerprint reader and a 3 day standby battery. Every NUU I’ve owned has tremendous battery life which is great because the phone is usually in the trunk of my car. My main use is as a tether to the internet (no cable out here in the woods) I’m not a gamer but I still don’t detect any latency or lag. Type it in and bang, the site requested is there. All this for around 200 bucks. Perfect for my needs. I rated this 4 stars only because I had to set it up. I am not good at cell phone technology. But, once I found the correct sequence it auto set itself in a few minutes. I was a little nervous being that the phone is unlocked and I was swapping SIM cards. After a few anxious moments the phone came back to life. All is well. Finally it’s a dual SIM card phone because I travel overseas and buy a cheap ‘pay as you go’ SIM card for Europe or Asia while being able to get on my US card when I fly back. I’m running Mint domestically and am very happy. I think Mint buys time from T-Mobile. No complaints
