So let me start by saying I don’t normally write reviews. I’ve had this pedal now for over two years. Today it started giving me trouble and was playing sustain after I released the pedal. When I took a look at it, I realized that the internals on the left side were starting to fail.
I play the piano nearly every day and overuse the sustain pedal. I know this thing is taking a beating over the past two years. For the price and how long it’s lasted and how dependable it’s been, I can only recommend this product to anyone needing a good paddle.
The internal mechanism is a little noisy at times, but I don’t really hear it, because the piano drowns out that noise. But if you’re looking for a silent pedal, this one might not be what you’re looking for.
I definitely feel like I got more than what I paid for and will be purchasing again.

I was very excited to receive my sustain pedal for my Casio keyboard. The original pedal never really worked well. Set up for this was easy, Simply plug it in to the only receptacle on the back of the keyboard. When I turned the keyboard on and began to play, there was NO SUSTAIN when I stepped on the pedal. After much pondering and rechecking wires (all 2 of them) , I realized that the sustain is “on” when I am NOT pressing on the pedal. Very backward. Not real happy.
