Was delivered on time, packaged very well, all parts work except mouse.
Used an old mouse, called number provided. No answer, no response from my message.
Use it every day for information, work and shop hobbies. Not a gamer.

I needed a good computer to start up with and do additional upgrades too and this was a very good computer to start up with. The sound from the PC was very transistor like so I bought a soundbar made for Dell computers and it sounds great as I use it for remote work. I have had no issues with downloading new software or the speed. There was only one dent on the actual PC that I have seen so far, so nothing really visible. I have only had the computer for a couple of weeks and so far so good.

This product is advertised as having all of it’s current updates. (HAD TO UPDATE 46 DRIVERS) that where out of date. This cost me an additional $150.00 dollars to purchase the Avast service that was needed to find all of the outdated drivers. This after I had to reinstall the Windows OS 2 times. The “Bluetooth / WiFi” adapter that came with the product was so damaged that it wouldn’t keep a solid connection to my wireless router. I placed a call to their Tech Support at (8:45pm) but had to leave a call back number for them to call me back. Their slogan states that they will call you back in one hour or less. They called me back at (1:15am) in the morning on a week night. Their service department then wanted to refund $10.00USD to me and asked me to go buy my own. The product was also shipped with the wrong Monitor cables. I could only use one monitor at a time. They sent me a replacement video cable and WiFi adapter that took an additional week to arrive. But when they arrived the replacement cable had black tape wrapped around a section of the cable. All things considered.. the PC now works fine. I will certainly not be buying any future PCs from company. Just way to much hassle for a computer that is supposed to be Refurbished Certified and Inspected.

So I was supposed to get 24 in screens but they sent me 27 in and Lenovo brand, my absolute favorite! Great quality screens. Also the PC seems to be running well so far. At first they sent me the wrong cables because the monitors do not have VGA so I contacted them and they sent me the correct cables and now my PC is running great!!!
