The price was great for desktop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and operating system. But instead of receiving windows 10pro, windows 10home was installed. Which we wanted a plug n play option to connect to our local domain.

I bought this computer for my 8 year old to replace a clunky one inherited from Grampy. The monitor is crap. The speakers look like toys. The key board is attached by wire to the mouse. Fortunately Grampy’s keyboard and monitor are great so we just kept the junky stuff in a box as back ups and plugged in the boxy computer to everything. Works pretty good for a refurbished office computer. Can’t beat the price. It does require manual connection to a modem so make sure you have an ethernet chord. Pretty happy with it to play games on for an 8 year old but it has it’s moments.

Package arrived quick but screen was damaged upon arrival, contacted assurion to advise but no response or It could be me not answering suspicious numbers, but no message concerning my issue was left.
Besides the big beautiful cracked screen I received the Hard drive which surprisingly came with a DVD slot, where a lot of people in the review advise they didn’t have.
Setup was easy, the speakers lights up but unable to produce sound and I wasn’t able to get keyboard to light up, the keyboard is cheap and undesirable but I have no problem buying a upgrade.
At this time computer is being utilized with the Crack screen it’s an eyesore but I’m still capable of getting projects done and playing games.
This is an excellent purchase for the price I would definitely recommend, just pray you have a good delivery.

For the price and everything thing i got this was great. I only had the computer for a month EXACTLY before it started running slow and stuff so thankfully I’m computer savvy more than the average person and i ran a diagnostic test on mine and i needed an updated graphics card and guess what. A NEW HARD DRIVE!!! This was a super easy task but this was irritating. As soon as you get this computer make a recovery USB asap. You will need likely need it. (You should make one anyways). My hard drive went to trash within the month and a quick replace (got one from Amazon) and I uploaded my recovery USB and i fixed it myself. No problems since, I run heavy programs from time to time like Steam, adobe, i have multiple windows open etc. Once i fixed the hard drive I was good but I’ll probably update it some more with new fans and such. If you want a skeleton to build on this is a cool computer. If you need a working computer this is fine for simple stuff too(until it gives you issues).
Tech support was a little irritating because all the tests I ran they asked me to do again and they woulda sent me a new hard drive but they’re 50 bucks and i upgraded my space to 2Tb soooooooo yeah.
Overall it’s okay. Knocked off two stars because my hard drive and my graphics card needed to be replaced within the month.
The computer itself is 8 years old, as long as the motherboard works you can fix it and upgrade as much as you like.

My monitor was broke and it was sent back. I soon received my replacement and have been loving it ever since! Great company! Good tower! The speakers are mediocre, but absolutely work for 99% of what I use it for. Good keyboard and mouse, also!

Everything works as it should out of the box. Would have given 5 stars if it had all the cables and power supply. The stand for the monitor is a bit wobbly, and the monitor goes blank when you try to adjust the brightness level. Overall it’s a good computer for the price.

Originally purchased pc for light gaming not ideal bieng an office computer. The 1tb hard drive and extra ram made processes a bit quicker. Needs a video card and a bit quicker processor to run games like Gary’s mod

I am enjoying my new computer. Sure it may be a refurbished one, but, to me, it’s new…and I love it! It’s so easy to use. Whether I want to play a game on it, or send emails, or whatever. It’s so easy to use right out of the box. If you are looking for a trustworthy computer with an easy to navigate startup…whether you are a gamer, a newbie to computers, a student (like me), and don’t have thousands of dollars to spend on “alienware” tech, give this computer a run for it’s money.
